THE CLASS A PEOPLE PODCAST

What started as a place to talk about sobriety has become so much more.

Over time, The Class A People Podcast started connecting people from all walks of life. Some had never struggled with substances - they were the children of addicts, the partners, the friends, the ones trying to make sense of it all. Others messaged me about addictions to food, exercise, sex, sugar, or people - and how somehow, they’d seen themselves in the episodes.

Because the truth is: we may not all be sober, but we are all in recovery. Recovery isn’t just about stopping something - it’s about becoming someone. It’s about learning who you truly are… and that’s something we’re all figuring out.

I believe we all share one soul purpose: To love.

To love more - more of others, more of ourselves, more of the simple things.

And when we do that, we will be sure to live happier lives with a greater appreciation of time, health + purpose.

Still Here. Just Behind the Scenes.

Right now, The Class A People Podcast is taking a breath. Not because it’s over but because we’re making space for what’s next. We’re working behind the scenes on sponsorships, new guests, and deeper conversations to take this thing even further.

The most meaningful things in life don’t end - they evolve.

If you’re new here - lucky you.
There are 32 episodes just waiting to ruin your excuses, handle you with care but also make you feel way too seen.

And if you’re looking for a reason to stay in on a Friday or Saturday night - the full archive is on YouTube. It counts as socialising, promise.

Why the fish?
Because sometimes, being the only one who swims away is exactly what saves you.
The fish is about choosing to leave the current - whether that’s your surroundings, your habits, or the expectations placed on you - and learning to trust yourself in deeper water.
It’s a reminder that you don’t have to follow the crowd to find freedom.
You don’t have to sink to fit in.
You just have to be brave enough to swim your own way.
